Customer Experience & Sales Support Executive

Remote (UK), with occasional travel to client sites ~ Full-time, permanent ~ Reporting to the Sales Manager

Role Summary

Opious is a carrier-agnostic managed connectivity and networking company, delivering Managed Network Services, Cellular Coverage Services, and Rapid Deployment Services to multi-site businesses globally. We're looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Support Executive to look after our clients day to day, produce accurate quotes, and manage opportunities across all three service pillars.

This is primarily a client-facing support and operations role. The focus is on giving existing clients a great experience, turning around accurate quotes quickly, and keeping opportunities moving cleanly through the pipeline — including spotting and supporting upsell opportunities within our existing client base. New business generation isn't a core function of the role: where time allows, you may support light new business activity, but this will always sit behind client care and existing opportunity management.

This role suits someone who takes pride in getting the details right — an accurate quote, a well-maintained pipeline, a client who feels looked after — and who enjoys being the reliable point of contact that keeps commercial activity running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for existing clients, handling queries and requests promptly and professionally

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders across the account base

  • Proactively check in with clients on satisfaction, flagging any risk of churn to the relevant Account Manager or Sales Manager

  • Produce accurate, timely quotes for new and existing clients across all three service pillars

  • Manage and progress opportunities through Pipedrive and Airtable, keeping records accurate and up to date

  • Coordinate internally with technical and delivery teams to ensure quotes are correctly scoped and priced

  • Track outstanding quotes and opportunities, following up to keep deals moving

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, and work with the sales team to bring these to clients

  • Support renewal and expansion conversations with relevant pricing and commercial information

  • Where capacity allows, support light new business activity and help qualify inbound enquiries

About You

  • Experience in a customer service, customer success, sales support, or order processing role, ideally within a technical or managed services environment

  • Confidence producing quotes or proposals, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously

  • A confident, friendly communicator, comfortable managing client relationships by phone and email

  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and records — Pipedrive experience is a plus

  • A proactive, client-first mindset, with the judgement to spot an upsell opportunity or a client at risk

  • Experience in telecoms, connectivity, IT, or a related managed services environment, and experience quoting or pricing technical products, are a plus but not essential

What we offer

  • Full-time, permanent role

  • Remote and Flexible working

  • Learning and development

  • Private healthcare

  • Pension

  • 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
