Our History
Opious was founded out of a desire to make a fundamental change to the connectivity industry.
Having been the recipient of poor service from many of the large telecoms companies, where being overcharged, having to spend countless hours on hold to resolve queries or having unexplained outages that nobody took ownership of, is a regular occurrence we knew there must be a better way.
We set about establishing ourselves as a transparent and honest organisation, built on a strong foundation of service delivery and technical services, to ensure that we would always be able to support our client base.
Initially this was limited to a single technology in a single geography, however over time our customers asked us to expand our service offerings into many new areas, enabling us to become a truly global provider.
This has resulted in a unique ecosystem within the industry, where our team work tirelessly to become our customer’s best supplier and our supplier’s best customer.
